1, 2, 3, 4 Months.

Wilson is 4 months old today! It is amazing how quickly the time passes.

These days our little guy is a drooling machine.  I have been thinking for about 2 weeks now that we would see his first tooth any day, but so far we have nothing. Just a bunch of wet onesies and shoulders. At our 4 month well baby checkup, Wilson weighed 14lbs and 9oz and was 25 inches long.  At the 2 month well baby check up, he weight only 9lbs 6oz. and was 23 inches long.  The nurse was quite surprised by the jump from tiny to big guy.  He can roll from back to tummy AND from tummy to back. He does a great job of locking out his legs when you hold him in a standing position. He is dying to sit up on his own so he can watch everything that is happening. And, as you can see from the little red knees in the 4 month photo, he really wants to move too. Just doesn't have the front half and the back half off the ground at the same time.

This weekend we found a great deal on the Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper.  Wilson can't quite reach the floor so he needs a little assistance from a sofa pillow, but he really seems to love the new toy.

After a great morning at church on Sunday, followed by a looonnnngggg afternoon nap with Mommy on the sofa, Wilson made his first appearance at Daddy's softball game.  He had a wonderful time hanging out with his buddy Farmer.

Michael and I are having so much fun getting to know our buddy. The transition from 2 to 3 has been great. Every day is an adventure and we can't wait to see what new trick Wilson picks up next!

I LOVE those monthly ties!! A co-worker sent me the stickers we're using with Anna and I just can't get over how much they grow in 30 days! He's such a cutie pie!
