The day after Thanksgiving, we took Wilson to his first parade. It didn't start until 11AM but I made sure we arrived by 10:30 so we could find a good spot. We found a perfect one right in front of the MC and we arrived just in the nick of time because the streets quickly filled up with kids and parents. It was such a great day, weather wise, and the parade organizers passed out sleigh bells to all of the spectators.

The parade had a story book theme so we saw the Very Hungry Caterpillar, Mother Goose, and the Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe.

The parade experience was a success. Can't wait to do it again next year!
